Mobile Games

Basically, I downloaded games for my motorola v300 and I was wondering what I need to do the file and how I can get them onto my phone...and make them work.

I extracted the file using Winrar and am left with a JAD file and an executable Jar File.

Any help would be much appreciated, thanks dudes
