I have unsuccessfully tried to download your programs. Please refund the fee that I paid.

If you got LimeWire from the official site there is no refund. Because LW basic is free to try for as long as you want to make sure you like it and that it works for you. My guess you probally got LimeWire from a scam site. What site did you get it from below is a link to the official site only get LW there.
