Angry pulling out my hair

First off, I purchased this program for 34.95 and I think I just got ripped off. The site was allcoolmusic.com. I have been trying to connect to limeware all day. I've installed it and uninstalled it several times to no avail. I've changed my windows xp firewall settings also, NO LUCK!!! When I double click on the icon it stops at "loading user interface" and doesn't do anything from there. I have yet to get onto limeware and I'm losing patience as time goes by. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP AND TELL ME WHAT CAN BE DONE!!!!! I AM AT THE END OF MY ROPE!!! I've paid for something I've come to find out is free and now it doesn't even work!! HELP ME PLEASE!!!!

Hey Bad luck! First thing ..... you must try and do is stop the payment!!!!! contact your CC company and explain you have been ripped off.

It seems to me that somehow the Limewires you get from these scam sites do not work properly, and I think you will be best off if you delete what you have and download the Basic Limewire from

http://www.limewire.com/english/content/download.shtml

Good luck, and come back here if you need more help

Do as hobo says and if you after you get LimeWire from the official sit it still wont install you might want to try installing java first download 1.5 to your hard drive then install it after that install LimeWire. The link below has links in it to java.
