Question my computer crashed i need help

i recently tried to install limewire basic, after it was a bout half way downloaded i tried to delete it, now my computer wont restart or do anyting i need help please!

What do you mean your computer won't restart do you mean it will not reboot when you go to start turn off computer if that is what you mean you are probably stuck in a loop. Just manually push and hold the power button.

i have done that and it wont do anything its just frozen but like i can move the mouse and stuff but i cant manually restart it because i dont have a restart button and hitting the one that makes it go on does nothing...its frusterating me so bad and i dont no how to get it back to normal

You will probably have to use your "restore" disk to get back control of your PC, but it will take you back to DAY 1 (when you switched on your PC for the first time).

If you haven't got a restore disk, or lost it, you may be able to get a friend to download it from your PC maker's website.

whats an OS? will unplugging it erase everything? even saved files?

OS is operating system Windows 98/2000/XP and it will probably erase anything you have been doing since you tried to install limewire. but every thing else should be safe unless you have some major problems with your computer.
