Wont start...Nothing...
 

Ok.. I'm trying to help my g/f out with this... Problem is I'm 500 miles away right now...
She told me she has downloaded and uninstalled 4-5 times.. and when she tries to open it.. via either the Desktop Icon.. or going through Start/all programs.. "or" going through program files.. Nothing happens.. no firewall message.. no partial loading.. no white screens.. beeps .. lagging.. hour glass... nothing...
Wondering if anyone else has ever ran across this issue ? or know of it ? Hard for me to help this far away.. Its bothering the crap outta me.. Any help at all would be greatly appreciated ! Thank You in advance ! :) .

It would probably be easier if she posted here herself things tend to get lost in translation. Tell her how to get to this thread and provide as clear and detailed description of the problem as she can. Any of the below information she can provide will be helpful also while they may have nothing to do with her problem it often helps in ruling things out.

I guess I can have her do that.. Cept that she's going to have to call me to figure out how to give you all the info about her computer.. and because its doing "nothing" at all .. There isn't much to be lost in translation.. But I'll let her know.. She'll probably just end up saying the heck with it and not using it..

Well from your description it sounds like she isn't installing it at all. It may be hanging in the install prosces and not completeing. But I do not know it is just a guess.

that thread in my signature about the digital audio access protocol made my computer run real funny.
