Default Lost my Limewire

Hi everyone. I'm new here, so I hope I'm not breaking any rules...

Anyway, after a terrible Trojan infection, my tech removed Limewire from my system. I had just recently paid $49.95 for unlimited lifetime membership. The programme installed fine and worked great. I got a confirmation from the credit card company that the payment had gone through and kept this on file.

I now need to re-download the file, but when I put my email address in to be allowed to do so (on the Limewire site), it doesn't recognise it. The credit card company who handled the transaction sent a confirmation to this address, so it must be the address that Limewire has on file too???

I can't find a way of contacting Limewire on the site other than by putting in my email address, which it won't accept.

How do I re-download the programme, or contact them direct to fix this up?
