This is an odd one! Deacon's link was fine for me.

Do you have more than one browser. If so try another one. If not treat yourself to Opera or Firefox and see if that helps.

This is so wierd! Do you have this problem with any other sites? Have you tried:http://www.limewire.com/english/content/download.shtml

or just

http://www.limewire.com Pause for thought

hmmm I just googled error 403 and came up with this. It could be that your isp is very actively dicriminating against p2p in which case you would have problems using LW if you ever did get it!

http://www.google.com/search?client=...utf-8&oe=utf-8

This might be worth looking at too: http://www.gnutellaforums.com/showth...threadid=33712

I may be totally wrong, but this is the only explanation I can think of. If you can, ask your isp what they are up to!

What anti virus are you using and or pop up blocker if any. Check your privacy settings. Are you on your own personal computer or a public one or maybe one at work. Is there an administrator other than yourself for the computer.

Wink trouble downloading limewire

i've virtually had to turn off my internet security to download the file. i use zone alarm security suite 6 and funny enough i've never encountered this problem before. i think it's an issue / bug with ZA, or there is a setting i must have messed up somewhere. i've saved the limewire downloader in a temp file. i'll see how my Internet security responds to it. thanx guys, will keep you posted. if you have any info on why zone alarm blocks the download please help. normally i'd have my settings on medium when downloading limewire the up them to high when running it

Any time you run a firewall at high you will have to manually configure it to accept downloads from trusted sites.
I do not run Zone alarm so I cannot tell you how to configure it but perhaps another member can.
