Installing for English

I have tried to install LW several times over the last few months and keeping getting the same problem today. When downloading, I select English as the language but when LW opens on my computer it comes up in one of the languages that uses symbols instead of letters.

What am I doing wrong?

Me too. Only I select English only to get the whole thing in Finnish which as far as I'm concerned might as well be symbols!! If you figure it all out let me know.
