Limewire PRO

I ordered limewire PRO and paid for it. I have a conformation email and everything but it says my email is invalid. So I cant get support or anything. There isnt even an email or phone number to call. WTF that is poor service. I pay for nothing because when I load Limewire it says it is the basic version and asks me if I wanna upgrade!!! I did upgrade!!! Does anyone know and email or number or did I just get screwed out of $37.41!!!!
