Please keep the dimensions of your snapshot attachments small please.

Go to Start menu > Programs>LW>Uninstall. Then downld the "Offline" installer & re-install.

Only if this actually a Beta post ...

there is only one windows installer for windows. I don't know if it is online or offline.... I always wondered about this anyway.

Oh I didn't realise that was the case for the beta version. Whoops!!! I know there's only one version offered for LW Pro. Don't know why. Obviously "some" people "do" have online installation problems & always have! The same goes for Java. In fact, Java is reknown for online installation problems. Check out their errors page.
