changing from 4.9.28 to 4.9.33
 

i want to change from 4.9.28 to 4.9.33 is it easy or is there alot of messing around will i loose what i am downloading or can i leave it running and do the change over and is 4.9.33.better than 4.9.28 any help appreciated thanks inadvance :confused: :confused: :confused:

Pesonally, I'd stick with .28 or at least ensure I keep the installer and THINK about the next release after.33

A new release installs over the new one so it is a painless change. Everything SHOULD stay as it is, but a careful check of the new preferences is advisable, notably the time to keep unfinished files

I just put my 2 cents worth in:

I think that LW Pro 4.9.28 was the worst version ever released, and I have been using this app since 4.0.5.

If kimhthwy1958 can get 4.9.30 I believe she would be better off.

I never had any problem with 4.9.28 as far as I recall, Bob I think you were definitely the least happy with it! :):)

kimhthwy1958 never actually said if they wanted to change particularly. I was also going to suggest the 4.9.35 beta, but I see that the 4.9.37 proper release is now out.

So I should keep .28 installer safe and try 4.9.37 IMHO

hmm ... This happens sometimes!:( Pehaps you should try again tomorrow.

I just downloaded .37 pro for Mac no problem. I assume you are on windows. Did you try both windows instalers? or is there only one? ie are you a pro subscriber?

I've just downloaded LW Pro 4.9.37, not installed it yet but may do when I get home this evening.

Do you know if any if any of the "new restrictions" have found their way into LW yet?
