I recently purchased limewire pro, but during my download my hard drive was damaged due to a corrupt file. I could not repair the hard drive, so I had to install a new one. How do I restart my limewire pro installation when it doesn't recognize my e-mail address?

The problem is, my computer was down for a week. The night I downloaded limewire pro was the same night my hard drive was corrupted. I was unable to confirm my download. I don't even know if the download was even completed. All the information on my hard drive was lost.
I did not get a confirmation that the download was complete because I had no computer access. I don't remember if I gave my email address when I made the purchase or not.
If my email address was required to complete the credit card transaction, then it was given because my card has been charged.

Please help.
