I installed this from the member page... why can I not get PRO support, or why am I not getting the features promised?? Was I hosed too???

You've been scammed--like many others, but some people got their money back by contacting that company, or the credit card company.

btw, the "Pro" package and site you list has nothing to do with LimeWire.

LimeWire is FREE: check out www.limewire.com to see what I mean.

Spread the word about those scammers and help get them shut down.
