Help with limewire pro Can anyone help me? I posted this message earlier and I have not gotten the correct response so I will post it again.
Three weeks ago I purchased the limepro program and started the download of the updated program. I left my computer running and about an hour later I received a message that a file was corrupted and my computer shut down. Later, after conversing with technical support from Dell, it was concluded that I my hard drive was damaged and I had to replace it due to a software virus. As for the limewire download, I had no way of knowing if it completed the download, but my credit card was billed for the purchase. I tried to restart the download, but the installer does not recognized my email address. I didn't complete the installation because of the hard drive problem. How do I get what I paid for? Can I get a CD to install the software manually? Please help.
