Help I have tried to become a lime wire member, initially tried to get "basic" but ended up pay £30. presumably for "pro".

However I have not recieved any e-mail with download instructions, or any CD disk.

This was about 3 weeks ago.

Now this could be down to me incorrectly giving my e-mail address, but I can't seem to contact anyone. Obviously I tried the pro support with no look, "doesn't reconise my e-mail address

Try to stop your payment ... probably too late or get your money back from your CC company. this is Fraud.

Delete all the stuff of your computer that you have "bought as it may well contain spyware etc. and get Limewire basic for free at www.limewire.com. If you like it you can upgrade to pro for US$ 18.88
