I don't know how to do something... Popup error ... how to send report

I downloaded LimeWire to my computer a few months ago and have gotten wonderful results out of it even though I didn't download the pro. I just downloaded the basic. But here's the thing; for the last couple of weeks, this popup keeps popping up on my computer every three minutes or so and says that there was an error in my LimeWire download. It comes with a code that I'm supposed to copy and paste and send to the LimeWire bugs email thingy but I don't know how to do such a thing. First of all, it told me to uninstall it first and then try to reinstall it and hope that it works. I did that but it keeps popping up. Is there some way that I can receive help on this matter? It's getting annoying and I can't seem to do anything about it.
