Opening Limewire

Have installed Limewire basic but it won't open. Using windows XP.

Reinstall your Java using the "Offline" installer. See points # 1 & 2 only here Fixes for Limewire

Followed your instructions to the letter but no luck. It still won't open. Thanks for this help .

Thanks! I tried this again and it worked. Previously, I chose the wrong version of Java but with the correct version (5.0 Update 6) and Limewire version 4.9.37 it works. Thanks again.
