Wrong e-mail addy
 

I bought pro some time ago and since then my computer crashed and I lost everything. I tried downloading again but the program denies my addy. I have only two. I am paying every month and wish to talk to someone in admin, who can track the problem down before I cancel my payments. Could someone help me??

If you're paying every month then you obvously didn't buy pro from the official site! You paid a scam site who gave you a link to the LW Basic downld page or they may serve it themselves.
