They put pro 4.10 up and kicked me out as a pro customer.
I get a message that my email address isn.t found. It was found easily two weeks ago after a full system restore.
I am depressed

LW Pro offers 6 months of free updates. After that your email will be removed from their database. How long ago did you purchase pro? Check your credit card details. That'll put you in the picture. (BTW just before your registration with them as a pro user expires, they offer a discount to continue as a pro customer user. Did you not receive an email about that?)

I knew that but I got updated two weeks ago at pro. I did not recieve anything as I was down for several months. I had planned to reup anyway. Broke lately though. Everyone wants money this time o year.

I am having the same problems, unable to use pro since i bought it in november. who do i contact to complain to? If you hear please let me know.

Post athread and tell them where you bought it and your E-mail address lord of rings is great about responding in a day or two. respond to his e-mail at the site address he sends you and contact there if you have more problems

Well one thing you could normally do is go to LW's support page & click on pro help. But the pro support seems to be offline at the moment. http://www.limewire.com/english/content/support.shtml This other option is also offline here. I guess we'll just have to wait for them to get it back online. A LW member who sometimes helps on the forum with these types of queries is on holiday until the end of the 1st week of January. I've sent a pm to another LW member to make them aware of the support page issue.

It was off line but if it doesn't accept your E-mail address you can not get help there anyway. I go here and send a private message to someone when I have a problem. haha those who have talked to me know I'm illiterate.
