 Didn't recieve product but still charged for it Hello, I just tired to download Limewire Pro and it froze right when it was installing java. So I downloaded the Java update. Now I would like to try and download it again. The problem is I have already been charged the $19 dollars but I didn't get the program onto my computer. Please tell me how I can access the product that I have already paid for without being charged twice. Thanx, Disappointed  |
