Loader and Start up instal error

I continue to get the following message when I try to install. It own't allow me to uninstall either because it says an older version is still running. My program files is full of Limewire files and links.
I just want to remove limewire from my computer....major frustration.......any ideas????

IT sounds like you still have an older version installed somewhere you weren't aware of. Contol-alt-del & cancel limewire activities. Search your computer for limewire. If you find a LW folder, find the uninstaller & use the uninstaller to get rid of it before reinstalling. Otherwise just restart the installer you have.
