how to unintstall

have try to uninstall progam about 5 times. after uninstalling programs.the program will starts up and then give an error message, the error message will pop up ever few minute. the error message say it something like part of the program are missing please re-install program, and then it give all the file name of the missing files. after re-installing it gives the same error message and will not let me start the program up.
