After i install this product without error, the automatic start up of limewire will occur. At this point the limewire logo will appear and then another box pops up that is greyed out. It says language at the top but never fills in and never loads limewire. I can't get past this little box to get to your product! Please tell mw what theh heck is causing this... I have my norton and all firewalls disabled.
