Normally, when you install one version of LW it will remove the previous version before it installs the new one.

Default 4.9.37 Pro vs 4.10.9 Basic?

Thanks Birdy for your reply. Being a LW newbie I'm obliged to ask which is better: 4.9.37 Pro or 4.10.9 Basic?

Well, that's a bit hard to answer! Pro will let you connect to more ultrapeers, potentially give you better search results & let you download from more hosts.

But, at the same time, improvements have been made in the newer basic versions. Have a look at the changelog here to see what's been done recently

Keep the installers for both versions, that way you can change back if you're not happy with whichever version you decide to run.

Hope I haven't confused you too much

Default Thank you note to birdy

Many thanks for your help birdy.
Yes, comparing 4.9.37 Pro vs 4.10.9 Basic is not a clear cut matter for each has its own merits and thus one should keep both installers until the next version.
Best regards.
