I am having no luck installing Limewire. It gets about mid-way through installation, and stays forever on "Installing Java... please wait." One time I even left it up over night just to see if it would ever go through and of course, it didn't. I have tried everything people say to try in this forum... I've uninstalled Java and tried again, tried to download the offline version, and the backup version... everytime, same problem. HELP!! Thanks.

You didn't say whether you've tried the offline installer for LW as well as Java.

Uninstall your Java, reinstall it with the offline installer. Now install LW using it's offline installer.
