limewire installs in a different language I thought somebody was messing with me. I spent most of the day yesterday downloading music with no problems. Logged on to limewire today and it was in a different lanquage. I uninstalled limewire and removed all registry traces but when I attempted to reinstall the program the same thing happened. I was very careful to ensure that the english portion of the installation steps was chosen. After 3 attempts to install limewire it still loads under a different language (German, I think). Whats up with this? Thanks, barfish |
See http://www.gnutellaforums.com/showth...329#post164329 for your answers. ;) |
That's the other way of doing it. :D |
At least when deleting messages posted after you I'm faster....:p |
Much Appreciated Thanks for the help. It worked. Any reason why the lanquage changed without my permission? |
It wanted to test your language skills. ... no idea ... it just does that sometimes on some people's systems. Perhaps the preferences were partially corrupted or didn't write properly because LW was extremely busy before it was last shut off. Anybody's guess. |
OK! Just making sure I did'nt catch a virus. |
