I am cheated... Paid twice but still not working
 

I try to buy limewire software through
https://www.limewire.com/sales/engli...rms/buypro.php. As
requested I filled all the forms details and submitted for purchase. I got a
message saying my card is decline and whether to try again (Press "back"
key). Then I filed all the fields and submitted again. Again I got the same.

Im immediatly informed by the bank that I was charged immediatly. and as well I never got the Email link to download the limewire pro software. I dont know where to contact. This site doest have any. customer support.Please help me tosolve this problem . and get the original software.

This sometimes happens. See Payment & Account Activation issues; ie: that money charge will eventually be reversed.

There was a LW employee who used to help here on this forum for such issues but unfortunately she recently stopped working for them.
