omg please help me

please someone help me, iv have limewire basic before an it worked fine for me, i had to reboot my comp a few days ago and i downloaded basic again ( offline installer) wen its finished i click ok on the language bit then next then install on the bit where you choose where to install it to, thats wen the problems start,it comes up with a installer thingy with the green line moving along and a lil box that has the limewire symbol on it saying 'please wait,installing java' the green line gets about 1/3 of the way then stays there for a really long time then comes up with a box saying 'limewire cannot create uninstall infomation, installation will now exit, restarting the computer can often fix this' iv restarted my comp countless times an redownloaded it countless times, same result all the time, but sometimes a different msg comes up.
aghhhhh please help me
