Default Someone Please Help, Im Getting Weird Error Message

My limewire was working fine until about a week and a half ago. I went to log into limewire and it sent me an error message that said " Your save folder is not valid. It may have been deleted, you may not have permission to write to it, or there may be another problem with it. Please choose a differnt folder". I cannot connect to limewire and everytime i hit the o.k button it pulls up a drop down box that shows my lime wire folders. When I click to exit out of the dialog box, it sends back up the error box and I have to restart my pc to stop it. I have removed the program and downloaded it 3 times, and I still keep getting the same erro message. What can I do if there is anything I can do, to correct this problem so I can use my limewire. All help with this would be VERY apperiated.

Hmm, try this:
Uninstall LW once more, reboot and then use the START>Search>For Files and Folders... function to look for any remaining folders of LW using the search query "limewire". If you find any, delete them. Then reinstall LW.

I too have found that if you don't use LW regularly it has a tendency to loose it's settings, i.e. it forgets where the Library is.

Follow FOTH's instructions and you should be OK.
