I dunno if this is the right board for this but I need to redownload the LW pro installer as my Hard Drive suffered a wipe due to a virus and how can I get a download of it without paying again nor downloading the demo? Plus if someone could give me the LW email address that would help?

The main question is whether you have bought LW from the original website [http://www.limewire.com/], paid $ 18.88 and the purchase has happened in the last 6 months (and not longer ago). If so, then you should have received an email from LW with your personal download site being linked to there. You can also of course go to the LW website and login with the email address you have given to LW when you purched the pro version. An email contact address should also be found on their website.

I have the same frustration. I just lost my harddrive and I need to reload LimeWire. I signed and paid a "life time" membership to Limewire back in 2005. I'm using the e-mail address that I would have had back when I bought Limewire and all I get is my e-mail address is not valid. So I have no way to contact anyone at Limewire to confirm my membership and reload the software. And your right ... so why does this dumb Gnutella Forum come up making you think you can get help with LimeWire. If you were able to figure out how to get your Lime Wire back, I would like to know. If not, LimeWire is a scam and I'll be looking for a better source with Support that will help you!
