![]() I paid $18 for pro last night (well the UK equivalent of $18) and it has charged my card using Paypal but I haven't received a mail from Paypal or limewire, let alone a Limewire Pro download file! SOMEONE FROM LIMEWIRE PLEASE HELP!!! At least give me a phone number so I can call someone - in the UK if poss. I was using Firefox to make the payment via paypal with. As I submitted payment, the next window just went blank and said "done" in the bottom corner. After leaving it for ages, tried refreshing but to no avail. Please help |

There you should find a link to PM RStern. ![]() Sleepless, I duly paid for a product which I have been loyak to and using for many years. I checked with my credit card company today and the payment has been processed, including Paypals charge. I have written 2 PMs to RSterne, who I understand may be busy with legal proceedings. My point is this. I am a frustrated customer. I cannot believe that a company with millions of users has no proper customer service. I don't think its good business practice to be selling a product that isn't delivered, yet payment is taken - would you like it if you sold someone a product and they never gave you their money? Would you not like to talk to someone about it? I see I am also not the only person this has happened to either. All I would like is the software or a refund. Not to be stuck out of pocket and no Limewire Pro. Rant over ![]() |

![]() I really do understand your frustration with this. Noone likes being ripped off. I wouldn't like having to wait either. I was merely pointing out that you have to be patient. On the other hand I don't think that 4-5 days is a long wait on the internet. I have tried far worse (up to 3 weeks) from other online companies. I also do understand quite well why Limewire does not have phonesupport etc. because of the free version and all the basic users that would ignore the fact that it would be for Pro costumers only. I'm pretty sure that you know what I mean here. |

![]() In addition to the gentle and wise words of Sleepless, don't ya think that your rant would be better placed at the Limewire Forum under: http://www.limewire.com/forum.htm We are all really here to support users of the Gnutella Network; but we are all not capable to pull any kind of person from whichever P2P client company into this forum to comply with the wishes of users of their products.... Just my 5-cent-worth though..... ![]()

![]() I think you should get an extension of your pro period. Chances are the account didn't activate so it won't be until they fix it up & thus the period of pro will only start once they do. I've given alternate instructions to help via private message. I do have some small direct contact with LimeWire.org though not guaranteed to be quick. |
