I decided to buy lime wire pro and it directed me to the form you fill out to purchase it. I live in canada so I picked that from the list of countries and all of a sudden it starts redirecting me to Paypal. Well I do not want to use Paypal. I suffered major finachial loss do to Paypal's bad buisness practices do not want to make the payment that way. It says you dont need to have a Paypal account nor do you have to use paypal. However if I do the payment that way Paypal will benifit from it.

If I have to use paypal in any way to pay for lime wire pro I just plain will not buy it period. My question is how do Iget around it so when i select canada on the form to buy pro it will not redirect me to paypal. It should not really matter what country I'm in they are not shipping it to me.

You can pay by money order, but that increases the price to $25.50 because of processing fees.

AFAIK, that's the only other option for payment

No I want to use a credit card but I do not want to do it though paypal.

How come they don't have a customer support line for people having trouble buying one of there products. Every site I have ever seen has had a customer support phone l;ine and email support line but not limewire. I cannot even email them cause they don't give phone support to non paying users. See right here they are about to loose my buisness if they don't hurry up and read this. Do they even have employies of lime wire checking this forum? I am not impressed and I think Limewires customer support needs majure work.

Did you send the message to RSterne or not. If not, they will probably not see this thread. They don't have enough staff to handle the thousands of daily inquiries they get ... many from scammers. But send a message & you can be in contact. She doesn't visit the forums everyday but at least a couple of times a week in general.

Edit: I can tell you she hasn't been to the forums for 7 days. I'm not sure why, but patience is a virtue.

I did send a message no response. Still they should hav a customer support phone number for people having issues with buying one of there products. There site should not be redirecting me to Paypal before I even select which payment metod I want to use. I am just about ready to go somewhere else with my money.

Why not just use LW Basic. If you're happy with it, then consider getting pro. In the meantime you can await their response. I do know over there they've been particularly busy of late.

Exactly what heppens I live in Canada so that is what I picked and all of a sudden im being sent to Paypal. They are not shipping out an actual hard copy to me so why should it matter what country I live in. Still have gotten no response from that PM I sent. I liked the free version of Limewire so I decided to buy the pro version. But I cannot contact them cause they did'nt seem to think that they needed a customer support phone number or emai. Who knows how long it will be before that PM I sent gets answered.
