tried everything and it still didnt work.i have battled this for too long now.why would it just stop working like it did?

Antivirus/spyware
New or long time user ?
Where do you connect from ?
Who is your Internet Service Provider ?
How do you connect ?
If your use a router. Include brand and model
Do you see any green bars now and is there a firewall icon (brick wall) ?
Give a detailed description of your problem. And I mean detailed. Don't forget to include any changes that you may have made to your system in between it working and not working.

You say tried everything. How are we suppose to know what everything is ??
