I bought the lifetime option and it has cleared in the bank, when i did it i downloaded it onto a work laptop, i never got an email confirmation saying i had bought it which i thought was a bit strange but when i try and log in it doesnt not think i have an account as i am trying to load the software onto my home pc but cannot, can anyone help ?

There is no such thing as "lifetime" option at the official LW site. Unfortunately you have purchased from a scam site.
