I dont know where to ask this so I ask it here. If theres another forum for this please give me the link.

I am planning on getting a game for my PC but before I actually go and get the game I thought I could try it first. The game I downloaded is ***********. The download was ok but I do not know how to install the game as there are many files. The readme file says

" Install Notes:
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
1) Unrar with WinRAR.
2) Burn the .cue and .bin with Nero Burning Rom software.
3) Install the game. Use our ******** in *********** on CD1 when you
get asked for a ******.
4) Copy over the game .exe file from CD1.
5) And then play "

I got as far as completeing step 2. I burnt those files to DVD but the disc will not run, it just displays those files. There was also a .exe file which does nothing. What can I do to get the game to work?

I assume you burnt it just as a Data disc....

But you should have burnt it as an image......

Besides, please do not post any names or other information which could be understood as copyright infringement...

Sorry about that. How do you burn as an image with nero?

Nero Start Smart under "Backup" you'll find the function "Burn Image To Disc"

Nero Express under "Image, Project, Copy"
