If you did buy Limewire Pro from the official Limewire site (which is www.limewire.com) then we might be able to help though. Go to this page and try entering the email you used when buying it: http://sales.limewire.com/support/pro_lookup.php If that doesn't work, but you are sure you bought it from www.limewire.com then post again.
