Cannot retrieve software download - only 1 months membership!
 

Have only been joined for about 1 month and purchased pretty much all options (paid around £50 for all of this).

However I no longer have the same PC, and want to download the software again for my new PC.

But when I log in to the PRO support (Download section or any other!), the email address is not recognised!!!!

But because I cannot log in, I also cannot contact anyone (other than this forum) to look into this for me!!

Is there someone that can contact me directly to solve this, or an alternative email address, as I do not want to be ripped off (having paid £50!!).

When looking back through my emails, the software is called installPro.exe and came from themusicmembersarea.com

Does anyone else know of these?

Are they genuine or a con? Do they give official software (as appeared to be the case on my last pc!!) or is it dodgy?

Would be very interested in hearing other peoples opinions and experiences on this.

The account does work with them, but am yet reluctanct to install untill I know more!
