Save file not highlighted

Hi guys,

I am trying to install lime wire however I cant get past the 1st stage. When I select windows to download it opens a new page and a box appears aking if i want to save file or cancel however the save file is not highlighted so I cant click it and install limewire! How do I solve this? I have tried both window options
