Why can i only download bad files ?

Hi, i hope someone can help me here.
I'm not sure if i post it in the wright topic, sory for that.

Im not able to download normal files, all files i select are corrupt.
No MP3 available, not visible.
I deinstalled & reinstalled it several times by now. Problem keep coming back.

Just did a scan with PSPitstop Exterminate and he found this:

Hmmm doesn't sound to good....Especially as you are not getting any good search results....
I would advise you go and post a Highjack this log at one of these sites and have it all checked out by the experts....
