Heeeellllppp!!!!! (installing limewire)

i am having trouble installing limewire. it says restart installer as an administrator or power user. what does that mean? how do i go about getting this program to work?

It means that you must have Administartion privledges on your computer, if you don't, get the Adminstrator to change you from your limited account status...;)
