Error when trying to launch LW Pro
 

I just purchased LW Pro and the download went fine. I saved the program to My documents but after I open it and click run, an error box pops up. The error message reads: "Error! Can't initialize plug-ins directory. Please try again later."

I've searched through this forum and used Google and cannot find an answer. The closest answer I could find mentioned updating Java. I have the most recent update from Java.

Until recently, I was running iTunes newest version and LW basic but I had noticed all of my music was skipping when played in iTunes. After doing a search, everything was pointing to the possibility that LW was causing the problem so I uninstalled LW but, naturally, iTunes still kept messing up. I have since uninstalled iTunes. I have used LW for years and would really like to have it running again.

Any ideas?
