I am going thru all the tips that have been provided to help me have Limewire up & running properly. Here is my details:

13 brick wall in front of world icon ...yes
14 modem : port fwding
15 AVG anti virus
Spybot S & D
Spywareblaster

Is something within the above that may be stopping me?

When you port forwarded did you use these instructions...
Port Forwarding for the Siemens 4200
Also make sure you do the static IP part...
