Hey Alpha Wolf

I'm really not sure of the root cause of your problem. I say this because there could (Note: JUST MAYBE) other problems that led to this? I don't know, anyone out there thinks so too? Cos I'm no PC whiz!

Have you tried Google-ing the solution? That helps too sometimes!
