![]() I'm pretty disappointed! I just purchased Limewire Pro and the installation program came bundled with a virus... FSG.EXE. It contains the Gator-Trickler Virus, in other words a spyware program. Why would you include such a piece of garbage with your software. It really SUCKS! |

![]() Even in the free version, you have the choice as I recall not to install Gator. Just because it's in the download binary doesn't mean anything. Second, the Pro version doesn't come with anything like that -- on Linux, Solaris or Windows at least. You can use a spyware scanner or just check for the traditional files or reg entries manually after installation if you don't believe it. -- S -- |

![]() It does sounds like you somehow got the free version installer by mistake. Did you download from your pro download page at the link that we sent you? The previous post was also correct in pointing out that those installations are optional in the installer for the free version. |
