Will not finish download. Help Please

Whenever i try to download to Win 98, it will start up a screen that shows the Quicktime logo in the center, when the page finally uploads which takes 3-5 minutes, it shows a picture of a broken filmstrip. What's wrong with this?????

Right-click the link and select the option that downloads the link to a file.
