verifying vald windows insaller package

when ibegin to run the install sheildwizard a box pops up that says to verify that it is a valid windows installer package :

C:\WINDOWS\TEMP\_is90A3\LimeWire 2.1.3.msi

then it exits out of the setup...what should i do???

it said i can't download cause i need windows[ temp] is boo5 limewire 213msi so please tell me how to get it
