Hello,
I have tried re-downloading and re-installing limewire a couple of times now but after installation is complete, i run the program but instead of opening, i get this message:

If the problem persists, please visit Lime Wire » Official Website & Free Download, BitTorrent « and click the 'Support link.
Thank you.

I recently re-formatted my computer but this has never occurred before. I've also tried every way possible as well as uninstalling and reinstalling. I also recently installed Java, but there must be some other reason to why i keep getting that particular message.

Hope someone can help out.
Thanks! :)

Hey :)
I figured out what was giving me that error.
I uninstalled Java and re-installed it and then verified my installation from the Java website. I don't know if that'll work with you but it did with me!

I have this problem too but it did not work for me to remove Java and re-install... :(

Any other suggestion?
