Unhappy What do I get for my money?

Tried to download LimeWire Basic. Gave up after a couple of hours since it hung in the Installation routine trying to download another file.
Purchased LimeWire Pro and downloaded OK. Then tried to install and everything stopped for a slow and massive Java download.
Shoddy download and installation software and little explanation or help.
Got LimeWire working, more or less. However, there's no documentation for the product I purchased but there is for the free product. The interface is not the same for the Search panel.
What did I pay $8.50 for?
Then LimeWire goes nuts sending and receiving megabits to God knows where and the only way I can stop it is through the Task Manager. ZoneAlarm is going nuts.
Then I find that the Task Bar which is set to AutoHide doesn't work if any window is maximised.
But I can't find any answers because there's no documentation and little mention of the sold product - just the free product. Can I have my money back? Assuming I can uninstall this thing, of course.
