![]() I have LW 5.5.9 and I am running Windows 7 Home 64 bit. When I click the shortcut LW tells me it needs Java 6.0 to run. I look at what I currently have and it says I have "Java (TM) 6.0.200 Update 20 (90.5MB). Does anyone know what the problem is? |

![]() I've seen others with similar issue before. Usually it's because you need both 32 & 64 bit java installed on your system, but for some reason the Java site installs one or the other. See http://www.gnutellaforums.com/window...tml#post348146 ![]() http://java.com/en/download/faq/java_win64bit.xml |

So there's the answer...even though you have the correct update for Java installed you still need the runtime environment downlaod and you get that at the java site. Look for the button that checks your system for the correct installs. |
