Windows Problems with installing LimeWire or WireShare for Windows users |

![]() Why are the configuration settings not kept when LimeWire is upgraded? I prefer not to install each new version in it's own directory (I'd have several by now) so I always install in Program Files/LimeWire. It gets frustrating always having to go through all the options again after installing a new version. Even Pro doesn't keep it's settings during an upgrade. Can this be added? I'm sure I'm not the only one with many shared directories to add, let alone other settings I'd like saved. "OldMage" oldmage@hotmail.com |
